3. Nitrogen and Sulfur Application Effects on Soybean Quality and Yield

Sulfur deficiency is only becoming more prevalent in the Midwest across soybean fields with higher yields resulting in lower quality seed. Sulfur is a key component of methionine and cysteine, which are important amino acids in the nutrition in foodstuffs.
